Your account
Ask the assistant
Ask about deploys, errors, checks, incidents, Analytics and servers in plain language, in the app or from your AI tools.
-
1
Ask in the app
Open Ask from the account menu and type a question, such as “why did errors go up after the last deploy?” or “which pages lost visitors this week?”. It looks at your deploys and their before-and-after numbers, error issues, uptime checks, incidents, Analytics and servers, and answers with the figures it used. Ask follow-ups in the same conversation; conversations are kept for 30 days.

What it can see
Only what you can see yourself: projects you can open and services your membership includes. It reads; it never changes anything.
-
3
From your AI tools
Connect Claude, Cursor or another tool that speaks the Model Context Protocol to the MCP address on the Ask page, with an API token (Account → API tokens) as the bearer token. Give the token the read scopes for what it should see: projects:read, deploy:read, monitoring:read, analytics:read and infrastructure:read.

Limits
Each account can ask a set number of questions a day in the app. The MCP address follows the API’s rate limits.
